Step 1:
Teeth and gum before placing retraction cord. |
Step 2:
Primary retraction is achieved with gingival retraction cord. |
Step 3:
Appropriate diameter Paper Sleeve is trimmed to be fitted to gum line with scissors. |

Step 4:
Diameter less than 1 mm can be adjusted with Paper Sleeve Expander, if needed.
(Scissors or nipper or pincettes can be alternative.)

Step 5:
Second retraction is achieved with shaped Paper Sleeve.

Step 6:
The preparation margins are clearly visible.
The impression is taken immediately.

Step 7:
Finished impression.

The preparation margin are clearly visible on plaster mold.
Dental crown is made on this mold.

Ex-Step 1:
Space is made for EXPASYL application. |

Paper Sleeve is removed and EXPASYL is rinsed away.
